"SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br />The time for completion of the 90% design drawings, permit applications, and Engineer's <br />Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for the project shall be six (6) months from the date of <br />execution of ADDENDUM No. 3. Once permits are received, 100% design drawings shall be <br />completed 90 days thereafter. Also, the first draft of the Corridor Study will be completed three <br />(3) weeks from the date of execution of ADDENDUM No. 3.
