EXHIBIT 1 <br /> project closeout and clearance documentation within the specified time schedules and <br /> distribute to all appropriate regulatory agencies. The final report shall include a project <br /> history, methodology and operation summary, agency notifications, abatement <br /> contractor submittals, field sheets, air monitoring data, waste disposal receipts, and a <br /> certification signed by the consultant certifying that asbestos abatement was conducted <br /> and completed in accordance with the abatement specifications. <br /> h. Assist the Department in any regulatory agency interactions including, if requested, any <br /> agency meetings. <br /> V. All asbestos abatement specifications shall become a part of demolition specifications <br /> and shall be considered as such. <br /> Contractor understands and agrees that the work provided herein shall not be considered complete <br /> until the final TEM clearance air samples indicate presence of 0.01 or less asbestos structures per <br /> cubic centimeter in accordance with the monitoring requirements prescribed by rules of the <br /> Department of Labor and Employment Security. No payment shall be made to the Contractor <br /> pursuant to the terms of this agreement until such time as all work required to be performed under <br /> this agreement is complete. Further, no payment shall be made to the Contractor until such time as <br /> the Department receives a copy of the waste shipment record received and signed by the disposal <br /> waste site owner or operator from the Contractor. <br /> Removal work of ACM (asbestos containing materials) hereby agree to be performed by the <br /> Contractor licensed pursuant to Section 455 . 301 through 455 .309 , Florida Statutes, shall not begin <br /> prior to receiving a notification to proceed from the Department. <br /> VI. DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> The Department will provide a Project Manager for administering the terms of this Agreement who <br /> shall be Elaine Green, (407) 532-3999 Ext 3623 . In addition to Ms. Green, Project Managers <br /> working for her may assist in contract administration duties such as issuing Letters of Authorization. <br /> A. Method of Compensation <br /> The Department agrees to compensate the Contractor for services performed under this Agreement <br /> (See also Exhibit `B", Method of Compensation). <br /> A.1 The Department will request services on an as-needed basis by Letter of Authorization (LOA). <br /> The Department and the Contractor will agree on the services to be performed for each authorization, <br /> the work item and quantities required for performance of the services, the performance period. The <br /> Contractor shall be compensated for each authorized assignment under this Agreement based on a <br /> total agreed amount established by the appropriate unit prices set forth in Exhibit " C" . <br /> A.2 The total agreed amount for each work authorization shall be the total compensation to the <br /> Contractor and shall be deemed to cover all costs, including, but not limited to salaries, overhead, <br /> general and administrative expenses, incidental expenses, operating margin and subcontractor costs. <br /> A.3 The Contractor shall invoice upon completion of each authorization and payment shall be made <br /> upon acceptance of work, receipt and approval of invoices. <br /> VII.
