<br />The County Attorney stated that the only parcel not settled as yet on U. S. #1 in
<br />!the Sebastian area was SRD #122, Parcel #32 and stated same could be settled out of Court for
<br />$3,000.00. After some discussion in the matter and upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C.
<br />Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, the Board decided to
<br />�settlewith Mr. Paul Stevenson on Parcel #32 for $3,000.00.
<br />The County Attorney presented to the Board for Homer Fletcher three authorizations for,,,
<br />adjustment of tax for the reason that said buildings were not completed on January lst. Upon
<br />Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Robert Graves and un -
<br />animously carried, the Board accepted Mr. Fletcher's recommendations and granted an adjustment
<br />hof tax on the following parcels:

<br />division of unsurveyed Township 31 South, Range 36 East, which plat was filed May 6, 1914, and
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, page 20, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and said rights-'
<br />of way above mentioned embrace and include lots and parcels of land located in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, described as follows:
