Also existing ribbed block <br /> schedule to remain had to be removed due to notacceptable to remain in an <br /> isolation cell <br /> 4 Sanitary tie-in to existing lines could not be performed until acquired DEP <br /> approval . Delay extended such that slab was blocked out so tie-in would not <br /> continue to delay construction . This continued into April <br /> April - 07 <br /> DAYSIMPACTED: 5 <br /> WEATHER: 2 Days of rain greater than 1/4 inch .
