Delayed Infirmary Footings and Slab <br /> 1 Days of recovery due to heavy amounts of rain <br /> UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS: 8 Planned routing of sanitary lines outside of building slab conflicted with existing <br /> sign, sidewalk and trees Required alternate routing be engineered and <br /> submitted . Modified route required adjustments to manhole , Work continuation <br /> from January <br /> 4 Unforeseen existing Air Conditioning Unit conflicted with new walls New unit <br /> ordered and installed in different location , <br /> March - 07 <br /> DAYSIMPACTED: g <br /> WEATHER: 2 Days of rain greater than 1/4 inch . Delayed Infirmary Slab <br /> 1 Days of recovery due to heavy amounts of rain <br /> UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS: 2 Existing exterior block not scheduled to be removed determined had to be <br /> removed for installation of new roof flashing . Also existing ribbed block <br /> schedule to remain had to be removed due to notacceptable to remain in an <br /> isolation cell <br /> 4 Sanitary tie-in to existing lines could not be performed until acquired DEP <br /> approval . Delay extended such that slab was blocked out so tie-in would not <br /> continue to delay construction . This continued into April <br /> April - 07 <br /> DAYSIMPACTED: 5 <br /> WEATHER: 2 Days of rain greater than 1/4 inch . Delayed Infirmary Masonry <br /> 1 Days of recovery due to heavy amounts of rain <br /> UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS: 2 Sanitary tie-in to existing lines could not be performed until acquired DEP <br /> approval .
