Bottom left and right of Door frame needs to be repainted where it has been scratched. Also, wood frame for the view light top and bottom needs to be cleaned of glue. 3 . Painters tape needs to be removed from all the electrical outlet cover plates and switch plates . 4. Drywall at the Door 009, head of door frame needs to be repainted. 5 . Vinyl base to the bottom left of Door 009 is not adhered to the drywall . That is also true to the bottom right. 6. West wall left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. 7 . South wall between data outlet and the right inside corner irregularities above the vinyl base needs to be patched, sanded and repainted. 8. Electrical outlet on the south wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular, pin holes in the drywall finish. 9. East wall, drywall around Data Outlet 43/44C needs to be sanded and repainted, irregularities, pin holes in the drywall finish. 10. East wall left inside corner at the bottom above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular. 11 . Drywall around electrical outlet and TV Outlet 21 needs to be sanded and repainted drywall is irregular. 12. The diagonal cut ceiling tile just above Door 009 comer is chipped. 13 . Four ceiling tiles are not in place at this time. 14. Ceiling tile to the right between the return air grille and the drywall has blue ink on the tile needs to be cleaned or replaced. ESF-19 - Room 010 1 . Hollow metal door frame 010 needs to be touched-up with paint on the bottom edges outside and inside of the door frame. 2. Top right hollow metal door frame jamb, on the inside of the room has over-run of paint, needs to be sanded and repainted. 3. Drywall where it abuts the hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted in numerous areas and also to the bottom left of hollow metal door frame 010 needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Inside corner to the left of Door 010, just below the metal hinge, drywall is irregular in this corner needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Electrical outlet on west wall, where opening is cut too large, irregular drywall needs to be patched, sanded and repainted. 6. Drywall below Data Outlet 37/38 on the south wall , dents in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. North wall drywall to the right of electrical outlet, drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the drywall around this electrical outlet cover plate. 8. North wall to the left of the angled corner and in the angled corner fingerprints on the drywall need to be cleaned and repainted. Also inside corners in numerous areas need to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular. 9. One ceiling tile not in place. 10. Ceiling tile, the 2°d full tile off the south wall and the 3rd full tile off the east wall corner is chipped. 11 . The 3`d ceiling grid is damaged off the south wall and In full ceiling tile off the east wall . Ceiling is bent needs to be replaced. 12. North wall of drywall, head vinyl base and vinyl base needs to be cleaned of glue . Also, scratch in the drywall approximately 2 to 3 feet in from the outside comer needs to be sanded and repainted. 13 . Electrical outlet on the south wall drywall needs to be sanded and repainted where it is irregular and also marks on the drywall to the right of this outlet needs to be repainted.
