0) . The Engineer s ` provide a topographic survey of proposed Storni NVater <br /> Detention Areas (Basin C Ponds ) lying in the immediate vicinity of IRi VCD Lateral <br /> "A " Canal <br /> 6 . The Engineer shall provide a topographic survey of all that portion of the Subject <br /> parcels lying south of Lundberg Road ( 16'hStrect ) and north of the north right -of- way <br /> of IRFWCD Main Canal including cross sections of the existing pond ( Basin B <br /> Pond ) . <br /> 2. 2 Wetland Determination (Phase 05 ) : The Engineer shall retain Environmental Services , <br /> Inc . to prepare an environmental assessment of the existing borrow pit located south of <br /> the proposed roadway ( Basin B Pond ) . These services also include coordination with St . <br /> Johns River Water Management District (SJRWM.D ) and Army Caps of Engineers <br /> ( ACOE) staff to use the former borrow pit for stormwater treatment and detention . <br /> 2 .3 Pre- Application Meetings (Phase 04 ) : The Engineer shall schedule and attend a total of <br /> 4 pre-application meetings with staffs of the SJRWMD . the Indian River Farms Water <br /> Control District ( IRFWCD) , Indian River County Department of Utility Services <br /> ( IRCDUS ) , and Indian River County Public Works Department ( IRCPWD ) , as <br /> applicable . <br /> 2.4 Utility Coordination (Phase 27 ) : Engineer will coordinate with Indian River County <br /> Department of Utility Services , Florida Power & Light Company. BellSouth and the local <br /> cable company regarding the locations of their existing and proposed facilities . The <br /> intent of this coordination is , to the extent practicable , avoid conflicts and provide <br /> locations for crossings and conduits to ease the installation/relocation of these utilities . <br /> 2 .5 Project Feasibility Report (Phase 21 ) : The Engineer and the Sub-Consultants shall <br /> attend a pre-design meeting with the College and Indian River County staff, coordinate <br /> bridge design concepts , and prepare an economic study ( including budget options of <br /> construction costs for the various bridge options ( including canal relocation to move the <br /> bridge further east from 66`h Avenue) . <br /> 2. 6 30 % Construction Plans (Phase 22A ) : Upon approval of a design concept based on the <br /> Feasibility Report ; pre-application meetings with SJRWMD and IRFWCD , and <br /> authorization to proceed to the next phase by the College , the Engineer shall prepare 30% <br /> Construction Plans . As shown below , this phase is split into the two different aspects of <br /> design ( i .e . roadway and bridge). The Engineer shall retain Jenkins & Charland, Inc . as a <br /> sub -consultant for the bridge design portions of this project . <br /> Roadway <br /> The Engineer shall prepare roadway paving, grading and drainage base sheets including <br /> typical sections , plan and profile or spot elevations in sufficient detail to define the <br /> vertical and horizontal geometry of the roadway.
