General : Each test agency shall coordinate its assigned work with the <br /> construction schedule as maintained by the CONTRACTOR , and shall <br /> perform its work promptly so as not to avoidably delay the work. <br /> Observances (by test agencies ) having a bearing on the work shall be <br /> reported to the ENGINEER and OWNER , in the most expeditious way <br /> possible , and shall be recorded in writing by the test agency. Test agency <br /> personnel shall not interfere with or assume the duties of the <br /> ' CONTRACTOR. <br /> 1 . 8 PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> ' A. Refer to Section 03180 . <br /> 1 . 9 INSTALLATION QUALITY CONTROL <br /> A. Manufacturer's Instructions : Where installations include manufactured products , <br /> ' comply with the manufacturer's applicable instructions and recommendations for <br /> installation , to whatever extent these are more explicit or more stringent than <br /> applicable requirements indicated in the Contract Documents . <br /> ' Be Inspect each item of materials or equipment immediately prior to installation , and <br /> reject damaged and defective items . <br /> ' C . Recheck measurements and dimensions of the work , as an integral step of starting <br /> each installation . <br /> ' D . Install work during conditions of temperature , humidity,p m dity, exposure , forecasted <br /> weather, and status of project completion , which will ensure the best possible <br /> ' results for each unit of work, in coordination with the entire work.
