Pre-Construction Photographs : 1 . Within fourteen days before construction commences , take photographs of all areas where construction is to take place . The purpose of the prem construction photographs is to determine any damage to private or public property during construction . These photographs will serve as a record of existing conditions for disputes arising from the restoration , and shall therefore clearly depict details of existing conditions . 2 . Photograph coverage shall include all surface features located within the zone of influence of .construction . Such coverage shall include , but not be limited to , existing driveways , sidewalks , curbs , pavements , ditches , mailboxes , landscaping , trees , culverts , fences , signs , and headwalls within the area covered . t3 .
