Walker <br />Mr. Needham appeared before the Board and stated that he was the <br />developer of Moreland Subdivision and requested that the Board pave 20th <br />Avenue from Glendale to Citrus. No action was taken. <br />Homer Green, President of the Rotary 4 -Way Test Committee appeared <br />before the Board and presented a plaque setting forth the rules of the <br />4 -Way test and requested that the Board accept same and see that the <br />employees of the County would also go along with the rules as set forth <br />on the plaque. Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried accepting the plaque and <br />the principles as set forth in the 4 -Way Test. <br />The acting Attorney for the Board, George Heath, presented a Resol- <br />ution requesting the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund dedicate <br />for public park land on an Island in the Indian River. Motion was made <br />by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and the <br />following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />
