a reasonable period of time before appearing at work) for purposes of <br /> computing time worked and/or paid and shall end upon sign-off at work <br /> headquarters or at home in the case of standby troublemen. <br /> C. In the case of prearranged overtime, the employee shall be paid a minimum of <br /> four (4) hours at time and one-half as hours worked (except in the case of <br /> meetings, two (2) hours), except if the employee is required to report before <br /> the employee's regular starting time and works through the employee's regular <br /> work period or is required to continue after the employee's regular quitting <br /> time, then only time actually worked or spent in meetings shall be allowed. <br /> D . No employee will be called back to work during the employee's vacation <br /> period, unless an extreme emergency has been declared. <br /> 1 .
