ARTICLE 19 <br /> SHIFT EXCHANGE <br /> 19 . 01 Employees may exchange shifts when the change does not interfere with the operations of <br /> the Fire Department, and when prior approval is granted at the discretion of the Fire Chief or <br /> his or her representative .
