33.06 The incentives offered in this article (from 33.01 through 33.05) shall be available only for <br />employees who have qualified for the particular incentives by March 24, 1994, <br />33.07 Four (4) Special Operations F.T.O.s per shift, total of 12 slots, shall receive sixty dollars <br />($60.00) biweekly. <br />33.08 Forty (40) Special Operations (Technician Level) per shift, total of 120 slots, shall receive <br />thirty-five dollars ($35.00) biweekly, so long as they maintain their certifications. Only one <br />incentive per person. <br />33.09 Non -shift employees shall be eligible for one (1) pay increase of twenty-one dollars ($21.00) <br />biweekly (maximum of six individuals) when they become certified in one of the following <br />areas: <br />State of Florida Instructor II or III <br />State of Florida Inspector II or NFPA Certified Inspector I <br />State of Florida Investigator II or IAAI Certified Investigator <br />NFPA Certified Fire Plan Examiner I or NFA Plan Review for Inspectors <br />33.10 To be filled at Fire Chief's discretion, the County will fund 74 Solo Incentive slots effective <br />October 1, 2008. No more than an additional six slots will be funded for FY 2009/2010 for a <br />total of 80 slots. No more than an additional six slots will be funded for FY 2010/2011 for a <br />total of 86 slots. Upon the expiration of this Agreement, future additions of Solo slots will <br />be subject to collective bargaining. The Solo Incentive will be paid as follows: <br />Months of Service <br />o 0 — 36 months <br />o 37 — 72 months <br />o Over 72 months <br />Non 7(k) Exempt <br />$.90 per hour <br />$1.26 per hour <br />$1.62 per hour <br />7(k) Exempt <br />$1.00 per hour <br />$1.40 per hour <br />$1.80 per hour <br />The amount of additional pay for Solo Paramedic status shall be paid bi-weekly as long as the <br />employee maintains their solo paramedic status. <br />56 <br />
