1 <br />Mrs. Brown appeared before the Board with regard to <br />furniture and fixtures for the Small Claims Court. Ed Schmucker <br />was requested to help Mrs. Brown to prepare the advertising for <br />the necessary equipment. <br />Mr. Charles Herring appeared before the Board to report <br />on progress of Oslo Road right of way. After considerable dis- <br />cussion, motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner J. J. P. Hamilton and unanimously carried, that W. C. <br />Graves be offered $3,200 for right of way of his property, in lieu <br />of any other compensation. Upon motion made by Commissioner <br />Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously <br />carried, the Elliotts are to be paid $500.00 for their right-of-way. <br />Mr. Herring stated that he would have complete list <br />ready for consideration or condemnation at the next meeting. <br />Mr. Lloyd appeared before the Board and requested <br />approval of subdivision plat for citrus development. After consi- <br />erable discussion, Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded <br />by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, to amend plat <br />regulations to fit this type of plat. Mr. Gould was asked to prepare <br />the amendment to the plat regulations and present it at the next <br />meeting. Mr. Lloyd was advised that approval of his plat could not <br />be made at this time. <br />Mr. Burks appeared before the Board with regard to water <br />and sewer franchise in the Gifford area. He was advised that it <br />would have to be advertised for public hearing and that the notice <br />presented to the Board was not in proper form and that no action <br />could be taken until such time it was presented in proper order. <br />J. Ralph Lundy and others appeared before the Board <br />with regard to a voting precinct in the Gifford area and they were <br />advised that a new precinct could not be made at this time, but that <br />in a couple of years if the population warrants, a new precinct might <br />;�„ PAF <br />
