It has been assumed for costing purposes herein that IRC ill continue <br /> to perform these activities . <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> GeoSyntec developed a phased approach with internal task elements to accomplish <br /> this work in an organized and cost-effective manner.
