Provide temporary toilet facilities separate from the job office . <br /> Maintain these during the entire period of construction under this <br /> Contract for the use of all construction personnel on the job . Provide <br /> enough chemical toilets to conveniently serve the needs of all <br /> personnel . Properly seclude toilet facilities from public observation . <br /> ' 2 . Chemical toilets and their maintenance shall meet the requirements of <br /> State and local health regulations and ordinances . Immediately <br /> correct any facilities or maintenance methods failing to meet these <br /> requirements . Upon completion of work, remove the facilities from the <br /> premises . <br /> co TEMPORARY ELECTRICITY <br /> 1 . Provide temporary electric service as required for all construction <br /> purposes and pay for all electricity used . <br /> ' 1 . 4 CONSTRUCTION AIDS <br /> ' A . MATERIAL HOISTS AND CRANES <br /> 1 . Provide material hoists required for normal use by all trades and <br /> employ skilled hoist operators . Provide all necessary guards , signals , <br /> safety devices , etc . , required for safe hoist operation . The <br /> construction and operation of material hoists shall be in accordance <br /> with the applicable ANSI Standards , the " Manual Code of Accident <br /> Prevention in Construction " of the Associated General Contractors of <br /> America , OSHA , and of other Federal , State and municipal codes or <br /> ordinances . Prohibit the use of hoist for transporting personnel . <br /> Hoists shall be located to avoid risk of damage to completed work. <br /> 2 . Special rigging and hoisting facilities shall be provided by each trade <br /> requiring their use . <br /> Be TEMPORARY RUNWAYS , SCAFFOLDING AND LADDERS <br /> 1 . Provide temporary ladders , ramps , and runways as required for <br /> ' performance and inspection of the work . Construct and maintained <br /> these facilities in accordance with the applicable Federal , State , and <br /> ' Municipal regulations and codes . <br /> 2 . Errect permanent stairs , if any, as soon as possible , and provide <br /> suitable temporary treads , risers , railings , etc . , as required for safety . <br /> 3 . Furnish , erect , and maintain all scaffolding required for this work . <br /> Construct and maintain scaffolding in accordance with applicable <br /> State and Federal laws and local ordinances .
