The Chairman read the foregoing notice and, opened bids

<br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried, that the low bid of
<br />Clewiston Motor Company in the amount of $20,649.42, be accepted and
<br />the bid for Tooth Rake be held for two weeks in order for the County
<br />Engineer to examine same.
<br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried, that Deputy Sheriff
<br />Bond for Birch Rice Hale with St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company
<br />be approved.
<br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried, that Notary Public Bond
<br />for Anna K. Parrish with R. L. DeLoach, et al as Sureties, was approved.

<br />the public road and right of way
