The Chairman read the foregoing Notice and after considerable <br />discussion, if was decided by the interested parties to for <br />public hearing. on Wednesday, February 20, 1963. <br />Mr. Delogua, representing Hallmark.Homes and Mr. Smalley, <br />representing General Waterworks, appeared before the Board to discuss <br />water main extentions to Hallmark Homes Subdivision. After'hearing'the <br />discussion from both parties and the County Engineer,.Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Haffield, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried, that General Watenaorks, lay the water mains to and across the <br />road to the North Lot of the first West Block of the subdivision and the <br />builder will lay the main through the subdivision. When the next two <br />blocks are developed the Gneral Waterworks Company will lay the main <br />across the road to one block and the builder will be responsible for <br />putting it across the road to the other block. 0n the first block the <br />tap on charge will be $100.00 per unit and on the additional blocks the <br />tap on ch4rge will be $65.00 per unit. <br />Mir. _Zobert Cammack and Mr. L. C. Martin, appeared before the <br />Board with a petition requesting the Commissioners to pave Bay Street in <br />Roseland. They also -requested that something be done on the Sebastian <br />:fiver Bridge to protect the fishermen. The Chairman advised them that <br />the street situation was one of many and that money was the real problem. <br />pe advised them that a request would be made to the State xtoad Department <br />to mike a survey of the Seb<,stian Bridge situation. <br />Charles herring, AlA Attorney, reported that he had the ap- <br />praisal for r,l.',. and requested authorization to pay up to $500.00 for one <br />parcel and $200.00 for another parcel on the Colonel vlynn property. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Haffield, seconded by Commissioner McCul- <br />lers and unanimously carried, that the request be granted. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner haffield, seconded by Commis- <br />sion�r McCullers and unanimously carried, that the right-of-way require- <br />ments for Inlet Subdivision be sent to the State Road Department. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Haffield and unanimously carried, that the following Item to Item <br />transfer is authorized.
