Indian River County, Amendment No. 4 <br />66" Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening <br />Standards set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Land Surveyors in <br />Chapter 61 G17-6, Florida Administrative Code, pursuant to Section 472.027, <br />Florida Statutes. <br />The DESIGN LIMITS shall be extended to include the following: <br />Schumann Drive/ Barber Street Intersection <br />Northbound Approach — (600 feet additional for ROW mapping only. No <br />design topographic data) <br />Southbound Approach — 2,000 feet additional topographic data required. <br />Eastbound Approach — 2,000 feet additional topographic data required. <br />Westbound Approach — 600 feet additional topographic data required. <br />Drainage structure survey within the corridor to include pipe size, type, and <br />invert. The COUNTY will be responsible to insure that structures are clear of <br />debris. No sub surface utilities are included, and no location of utility designating <br />is included in this scope of service. Topographic data shall be collected 30 feet <br />beyond what is delineated as the existing roadway right-of-way. <br />It is assumed that there will be additional topographic data required to support the <br />stormwater improvements needed for the intersection improvements. The <br />stormwater management facilities will be surveyed based upon an hourly not to <br />exceed basis as an additional service once locations have been identified. <br />B1. Right -of -Way Survey <br />Will consist of a Cover Sheet, one Key Sheet, and Detail Sheets depicting existing <br />right of way lines, and proposed right of way lines, etc, in compliance with the <br />attached "Exhibit B", as provided by Indian River County. The Right of Way <br />Survey will also include a Tabulation Sheet depicting Parcel Take information <br />using owner's name and property tax ID number. <br />Detail Sheets will depict existing topographic features and right of way control <br />obtained. <br />Key Sheets will be <br />at a <br />scale of 1 "= <br />300' and Detail Sheets will be at a scale of 1" <br />= 40'. The surveys <br />will <br />be delivered <br />on mylar. <br />It is assumed the COUNTY will provide Title Reports, in a timely manner, and <br />other available survey control information in the possession of the County. Legal <br />Descriptions and Sketches will be prepared for approximately 20 parcels based <br />upon an hourly not to exceed basis. <br />66`h Avenue Additional Survey Services <br />Additional effort has been expended to prepare 66th Avenue parcel legal and <br />sketches.
