Parcels ( 160, 159, 158, 157, 156) 5 @ $375 $ 1 ,875 . 00 <br /> V . Remove Above (IV.) Parcels from R/W Map <br /> 5 @ $ 187. 50 each $937.50 <br /> C. 661h Avenue/ Schumann Drive Route Study <br /> The ENGINEER shall develop and evaluate viable alternatives in order to <br /> address the project needs. The ENGINEER shall investigate the area <br /> surrounding the existing facility to determine reasonable corridor alternative <br /> considerations. No more than two alternative corridors will be investigated and <br /> developed. <br /> The corridor analysis limits will include 66`h Avenue from 59d' Street to the <br /> northern Schumann Drive terminus (approximately 3 . 5 miles). The evaluation <br /> will address side street improvements associated with 60h Avenue and Schumann <br /> Drive within the limits of the Corridor Analysis, except CR 510 . The <br /> ENGINEER shall use aerial photography to identify possible corridor locations <br /> while giving consideration to the following alignment controls which may <br /> influence corridor location: <br /> • Available right-of-way through which an improvement providing <br /> acceptable service could be routed. <br /> • Cultural features including public and private development. <br /> • Natural features which could be impacted by the project. <br /> • Logical termini giving consideration to directness, length, and service. <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br />
