Indian River County, Amendment No. 4 <br />66`h Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening <br />rectification of the provided FDOT CR 510 Control Survey. The following <br />summarizes the activities: <br />I. Change in Take Description: <br />a. Additional 10' strip 15 parcels at $187.50 $2,812.50 <br />II. Change in Take Description: <br />a. 30' Canal & Road Reservations 5 parcels at $187.50 $937.50 <br />III. Additional R/W work on 64th Avenue <br />Necessitated by double quarter section comers being utilized. Coordination with <br />FDOT to avoid conflicts with existing Control Survey. Additional field work to <br />support double quarter corners $95500.00 <br />IV. <br />Prepare <br />Legal & Sketch for Existing <br />Canal <br />Rights of Way <br />a. <br />Parcels <br />(160,159,158,157,156) 5@$375 <br />$1,875.00 <br />V. Remove Above (IV.) Parcels from R/W Map <br />5 @ $187.50 each $937.50 <br />C. 66th Avenue/ Schumann Drive Route Study <br />The ENGINEER shall develop and evaluate viable alternatives in order to <br />address the project needs. The ENGINEER shall investigate the area <br />surrounding the existing facility to determine reasonable corridor alternative <br />considerations. No more than two alternative corridors will be investigated and <br />developed. <br />The corridor analysis limits will include 66`h Avenue from 59a' Street to the <br />northern Schumann Drive terminus (approximately 3.5 miles). The evaluation <br />will address side street improvements associated with 60h Avenue and Schumann <br />Drive within the limits of the Corridor Analysis, except CR 510. The <br />ENGINEER shall use aerial photography to identify possible corridor locations <br />while giving consideration to the following alignment controls which may <br />influence corridor location: <br />• Available right-of-way through which an improvement providing <br />acceptable service could be routed. <br />• Cultural features including public and private development. <br />• Natural features which could be impacted by the project. <br />• Logical termini giving consideration to directness, length, and service. <br />Page 3 of 8 <br />
