Indian River County, Amendment No. 4 <br /> 60 Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening <br /> The ENGINEER shall analyze and evaluate each corridor alternate to a point of <br /> rejection or selection as a viable corridor. The impacts for each alternate shall be <br /> identified and expressed in a form suitable for comparison to other corridor <br /> alternates. It will be necessary to analyze in sufficient detail to identify enough <br /> differences to select the most viable corridor(s) that would be in the best overall <br /> public interest. The analysis will include evaluation of alternative alignments, <br /> safety considerations , long range planning, environmental impacts and costs . <br /> The ENGINEER shall prepare a Route Study to document the results of the <br /> corridor analysis . The Route Study shall summarize the project need, discuss the <br /> corridors evaluated, and provide a recommendation for the best corridor(s) for <br /> further study. <br /> D. Roadway Plans <br /> Roadway plans shall be prepared to include: plotting of survey data; <br /> establishment of profile grades ; key map; plan and profile sheets (including <br /> geometric calculations) ; typical section sheets ; summary of quantities; summary <br /> of drainage structures; cross-section sheets at 100' intervals (including earthwork <br /> computations) ; signing and pavement marking plans; and other detail sheets <br /> necessary to convey the intent of the scope of services outlined herein. All plans <br /> shall be prepared in the English units . <br /> Roadway set of plans shall consist of the following: <br /> 30% 60% 90% 100% <br /> Cover Sheet X X X X <br /> Typical Sections X X X X <br /> Summary of Quantities & General Notes X X <br /> Summary of Drainage Structures Sheets X X X <br /> Plan and Profile Sheets X X X X <br /> Construction Details X X <br /> Cross Sections at 100 ft interval X X X <br /> Signage & Pavement Marking Plans X X X X <br /> Signalization Plans X X X <br /> Intersection Plan & Details X X X X <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans SWPPP X X <br /> Computation Book X X <br /> Construction Cost Estimate and Quantities X X X X <br /> The Roadway plans will be submitted to the COUNTY for review at the 30% 5 <br /> 60%, 90% and 100% plan completion . <br /> The scope of this work will require coordination with adjacent on-going <br /> COUNTY projects at the south project termination point.
