Contractor acknowledges that the <br /> foregoing items are governed by the provisions of Florida Statutes section 218 . 80 , Public Bid Disclosure Act. <br /> Further, Contractor shall pay the applicable business tax and obtain a business tax receipt from the Indian <br /> River County Tax Collector. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall obtain <br /> and pay for all applicable construction permits. Owner shall reimburse Contractor for the cost of such permits <br /> on the basis of actual cost. Owner shall assist Contractor, when necessary, in obtaining such permits and <br /> licenses . As set forth in the Contract Documents, re-inspection fees are payable solely by Contractor. Owner <br /> shall pay all charges of utility owners for connections for providing permanent services to the Work. Owner <br /> has obtained the [insert permit types here, both outside regulatory and Indian River County] from [insert permit <br /> types here , both outside regulatory and Indian River County] and such permits are included in the Contract <br /> Documents in Section [insert section #] .
