Further, Contractor shall pay the applicable business tax and obtain a business tax receipt from the Indian River County Tax Collector. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall obtain and pay for all applicable construction permits. Owner shall reimburse Contractor for the cost of such permits on the basis of actual cost. Owner shall assist Contractor, when necessary, in obtaining such permits and licenses . Owner shall pay all charges of utility owners for connections for providing permanent services to the Work.
