Flexible couplings shall be as manufactured by the Crouse-Hinds Company , Appleton Electric <br /> Company , or approved equal . <br /> 2 .04 BOXES AND FITTINGS <br /> A _ Combination expansion-deflection fittings shall be Type XD as manufactured by the Crouse- <br /> Hinds Company or approved equal . <br /> B . Conduit hubs shall be as manufactured by Meyers Electric Products, Inc . , Raco Division, <br /> Appleton Electric Company, or approved equal . <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> 3 .01 INSTALLATION <br /> A. No conduit smaller than %2 inch electrical trade size shall be used, nor shall any have more than <br /> four (4) 90 degree bends in any one run. Pull boxes shall be provided as required or directed. <br /> Minimum size in floor slabs shall be % inch. <br /> B . An equipment grounding conductor sized per article 250-95 of the N.E .C . shall be installed in <br /> every raceway whether or not shown on the Drawings . <br /> B . All underground conduit shall be buried at least 24 inches below grade. <br /> D. A three (3) inch wide warning tape, red with black stenciled letters " CAUTION - CAUTION - <br /> CAUTION ELECTRICAL LINE BURIED BELOW " shall be installed at least 12 inches <br /> above, and along the entire length of all underground conduit. <br /> E. No wire shall be pulled until the conduit system is complete in all details, or in the case of <br /> concealed work, until all rough plastering or masonry has been completed. <br /> F. The ends of all conduits shall be tightly plugged to exclude dust and moisture while under <br /> construction. <br /> G. Conduit supports shall be spaced at intervals of eight (8) feet or less, as required to obtain rigid <br /> construction. <br /> H.
